This spacious cottage is ideal for families, small groups of friends or couples enjoying a short stay or longer holiday year round.

Ash Tree Cottage boasts a modern, light and airy open-plan living environment and has everything you could be looking for a break by the coast. The main living area comprises of a well-equipped kitchen, dining area and sitting area as well a conservatory in which to relax with a book and while away a quiet, sunny moment. The sitting room has a Smart television and plenty of comfortable seating for a family film if a night in is the order of the day. On the first floor the master bedroom has a king-size bed and en-suite shower room. Bedroom two also has a king-size bed, whilst the third bedroom has 3' twin beds - these bedrooms share a further spacious shower room. There is an enclosed, sunny garden, ideal for dogs and children to play safely under the watchful eye of relaxing grown-ups, and for the warmer evenings a barbecue is provided. Parking for at least two cars on the driveway ensures easy unpacking after a day's sightseeing - only if you can tear yourself away from the easy amenities around you!

As well as being the ideal hunker-down, leave-the-car kind of hideaway, Ash Tree Cottage is in a great location to explore all that North Norfolk has to offer in that you are just a short drive or bus ride away from the traditional and unspoilt seaside towns of Sheringham and Cromer, both of which have Blue Flag stunning beaches and year round entertainment and fabulous independent eateries.
