There is a new kitchen with electric appliances, new bathroom and the addition of a second bathroom. With views to the water and only a short stroll to the Cowes front beach, as well as the main shopping area only a few minutes walk away, puts this property in a great location. A lovely, sun filled unit. Featuring a downstairs shower, wash off from the beach before entering this gorgeous property. Inside there is a large flat screen Tv with dvd, new sofas and bar stools. All the three bedrooms are upstairs along with the main bathroom. The master bedroom has it's own small balcony with water views. Open up the large sliding doors and take out the electric bbq that is kept in the kitchen, ready to move it outdoors on a nice summer afternoon. The property also comes with free parkiing, unlimited wifi and foxtel to make your stay that extra bit better! \*Pets are strictly not allowed! \*Please note that linen is not included when booking this property\* Guests are required to bring their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels. Alternatively, a link to a local linen hire company will be provided with your booking confirmation. You will need to complete an online check-in form (Guests are required to provide a photo identification and credit card) closer to your arrival date. The apartment is perfectly located, a 5 minute walk to the beach and a 8 minute walk to the main shopping area. The apartment, while generally acceptable, was not completely clean with dirty windows and dusty surfaces. The bedrooms are all up stairs. The third bedroom is very small and does not have a window and became very hot overnight. The driveway to the carport is very narrow. Overall though we did enjoy ourselves. ##### Mara B.
