Situated in a family neighborhood just a short walk from the beach, the modern residence has an airy, open floor plan with upgraded kitchen/dining/living common area and relaxing bedrooms all styled with high-end design and meticulous attention to detail. Enjoy easy group entertaining when serving from the richly outfitted kitchen with stainless appliances, a 6-burner gas stove, walk-in pantry, and bar seating with adjacent dining table.
