The Space: Get a feel for what island living is all about when you stay at this newly built 4-bed/2-bath lux home. Situated in a family neighborhood just a short walk from the beach, the modern residence has an airy, open floor plan with upgraded kitchen/dining/living common area and relaxing bedrooms all styled with high-end design and meticulous attention to detail. Enjoy easy group entertaining when serving from the richly outfitted kitchen with stainless appliances, a 6-burner gas stove, walk-in pantry, and bar seating with adjacent dining table. A large TV can easily be viewed from every spot in the room, including from a set of inviting couches with front row seats to the action. Down time is easily found in the 4 bedrooms that warmly greet weary travelers and worn-out adventure seekers after a full day of fun. Three adult bedrooms have queen beds and BIRs for convenient storage, and the fourth is a kids-only bunk room specifically designed with the younger crowd in mind.
