Free WIFI Walking distance to shops and main street and across the paddock is the Phillip Island R.S.L. Pet friendly, this property requires a $200 dog bond, which is returned once the property has been checked for poop/digging/scratches/damage etc. The backyard deck has an outdoor setting and Electric BBQ. Double carport includes a 15amp outlet for E.V or mobility scooter charging. Fully equiped kitchen with microwave and dishwasher. Front loading washing machine and dryer. 3 bedroom, 2 huge bathrooms for disabled access. Bedroom 1 - 1 x Queen bed with WIR and ensuite Bedroom 2 - 1 x king single and trundle Bedroom 3 - 1 x tri -bunk (double on bottom and single on top). LINEN NOT SUPPLIED Doonas with covers and pillows are supplied, however, YOU are required to bring your own LINEN, (top/bottom sheets, towels, bathmats and pillowcases) or you can hire these for an extra $25 per person. Please advise us if you wish to hire linen prior to arrival. Beds made up is an extra $15 per bed and must be advised a minimum of 7 days in advance of arrival. The property was handed over clean but the backyard grass wasn’t mowed recently. Getting the keys of the property was easy.
