PETS: Pets are allowed but must have been mentioned during the booking correspondence. Specific information regarding the pet i.e. type/breed must be given. Please be aware that pets are not permitted on furniture or beds.
* Please make sure to pick up your dog's droppings. This is your responsibility to do this. Please use a plastic bag and dispose of the bag in the outside rubbish bin.
* If your dog is a compulsive barker or tends to bark more in unfamiliar environments you may want to consider leaving him/her at home. Dogs that bark relentlessly have been an issue with the neighbours in the past at this particular property. To ensure you have "quiet enjoyment" of the property the owners and management would prefer the peace be kept.

Lovely property that was well presented and very clean upon arrival. They house itself was very comfortable with plenty of room for a small group. We definitely liked the table tennis table and the Xbox, would definitely stay again!
The house itself is lovely but severely lacking in things like baking trays and so on so we had to eat out each night. The spa is unusable as fence is too close to spa so unless you are extremely skinny you can't get the lid off and even though I took a step with me there was no room for it unless I could jam the safety gate open so I have cancelled my booking for the New Year as this one was so disappointing and the spa desperately needed to be cleaned and the filters changed. So all I can honestly say is it was a lovely house but severely lacking everything else , even the games room was lacking just a couple of card games useable, even couch leg was broken in family room. So really not impressed with what I wasted my money on.
My friends and I have been working a lot and so we looked for a place to relax and wind down. Luckily we found this accomodation because it was just perfect. Although our initial plan was to go out to the beaches to go fishing and sight seeing, the weather didn’t allow us to. But there were no worries because the accomodation provided us with all the fun activities we needed. We utilised the spa which was a nice treat, and played with a lot of the board games and ping pong table provided. Overall it was an amazing stay and would recommend to anyone looking at this property.
Beautiful house had everything needed for our stay.. entire house was clean.. Bonus having the spa which the whole family enjoyed. Shops only 6 minute drive everything close by. Enjoyed our stay thank you.
We had 3 families all with kids under one roof and the house was perfect size to accommodate us all. Everything clean and tidy, only a short 5 min drive into town. We would happily stay again.
The pictures do not do justice to this beautiful enormous house. It's the perfect base for a holiday stay and the hot tub is the perfect way to end the day.
We loved our time at Elvington.
Newly built house with four bedrooms and a double garage that has been converted into a games room with table tennis table. Also had some card games available to use.
Flat grassed block with hot tub that can comfortably fit 6- 8 people.
Good selection of kitchen appliances, crockery , glasses and cutlery but only 1 pairing knife for chopping. A bread knife and 1-2 chopping knives would have been handy as would have a platter or two but we made did with what we had.
Also a washing basket and outdoor clothes line (although there was a clothes horse) would have been handy when hanging up washing, again we made do.
Was awesome to be able to avail of Netflix and free WiFi also.
Property is located in an estate off Ventnor Road.
Great getaway location in the heart of phillip islamd
Wonderful stay, we stayed over the weekend with another family, and despite the weather turning bad, there was plenty to do to keep the families entertained and having a good time. The hot tub especially was a highlight with it being ready to use as soon as we got to the house. The house was clean, and well furnished and decorated, and made it a great stay for us. It was close to Cowes for picking up food or having dinner as well.
We simply loved our stay. Ticked all the boxes for us.
Very neat and well presented accommodation, both inside and outside. Spa was pre-heated when we arrived so we could simply start using. BBQ was cleaned and ready for use. We loved the games room and kitchen features. Simply a home away from home. Best place to spend time with my wife, kids and their spouses. Will definitely recommend and use again.

This was a great place to rent and we loved having the spa.
A few points of interest - the spa fence is so close to the spa its hard to get the cover off and very hard to get in and out. It needs stairs!!
The black tan bark out the front leaves black paint on your shoes when wet. And then gets bought back inside
The island had a power outage and we couldn't find any matches in the house to light the stove to cook the kids breaky. All of the island was out of power so we had to just leave
