Cottage by the creek, beautiful Mountain View, perfect getaway!!!

Our cottage rests between two mountains with a creek view where you can find some peace and quiet. So much beauty you can’t hardly take it all in. The cottage features a patio to entertain and star gaze, gas fire pit, gas grill, fully equipped kitchen, queen bed, washer/dryer, WiFi and beautiful front porch perfect for bird watching or just relaxing! The cottage is perfect for a solo adventure or a couple looking for a quiet getaway. We are located near Scottsboro(40 mins), Huntsville and Winchester,Tn (50 mins). Close proximity to the Walls of Jericho and Skyline wildlife management area.

The nature around the cabin was fabulous. So, so quiet and the dark nights for star gazing was exactly what we wanted. The cabin was impeccably clean. It was a shame we couldn't us the fire ring. Heat wave was strong but thoroughly enjoyed the front porch morning hang out

Fantastic rural getaway
My husband & I loved our stay here. Very cozy & cute! We loved being away from everything for a long weekend in the middle of nowhere! Easy back road trip to Lynchburg, TN to Jack Daniel’s distillery one day & a great day long hike to see the Walls of Jericho another day. Great way to unplug for a weekend!

This little cabin is in a remote rural area but has most of the comforts of home! Bring everything you need and never have to leave. Great for rest, solitude, bird watching, and reconnecting with yourself. I would absolutely book again!!

Birthday get away
Pleasantly surprised. Everything in listing was as promised. I expected a “Mr. Coffee ” so I brought my own Keurig, only to find a Keurig there! I brought a hand mixer to whip up my birthday dessert- to my surprise there was one there. Beautiful, quiet. Can’t wait to go back!

Estillfork Cottage near Gray's Chapel Community Center
We were in town to attend an event at the Gray's Chapel Community Center. The location was perfect! The cottage is as pictured on Vrbo. It is very clean and beautifully decorated with a picture-perfect view of the mountains. We would prefer more space in the bedroom and more storage space.

Everything as advertised. And they weren’t kidding when they say you’ll lose cell service. Navigation is tricky with cell phone or a Garmin. And you’ll run into some dead ends that doesn’t register on a Garmin or cell phone (Google Maps). Bring groceries to last your stay. If you want to stay in the mountains and relax and unwind great place to do it. Oh and yes there’s internet!

Just perfect!
The cottage was a perfect quick getaway for my husband and I. The area is quiet and even though you can see the road, there were not many cars that went through the whole weekend. The drive in from Huntsville was just beautiful, even in the rain. The owners have thought of everything you could need during your stay with a very well stocked kitchen. All the furniture was comfortable and well maintained, very clean throughout, and beautifully decorated. Owners were responsive to the one question I had and check in/out was a breeze. Will absolutely stay again!

Cozy and clean. Great location for leaf looking in Skyline WMA. Bring a good map if going back country because cell service is spotty up here - at least on our Verizon phones.

A genuine getaway and absolutely awesome!
If you need a place to unwind, unplug, relax and take a break from being busy, this is the place for you! It was beautiful, peaceful and simple! Kinda like going back in time to a place where life wasn’t so complicated and stressful. We loved it and can’t wait to go back in the fall!

A perfect as perfect gets
This is an incredible little cottage. My primary interest was in the fact that some six generations of ancestors hailed from nearby, so this place provided an excellent base for my ancestral rambles. The kitchen is the most spectacularly appointed one you will ever see. Every utensil you could imagine was on hand. And you could not ask for a clearer place nor one with as much charm. If you are looking to get away from it all, this is the place! I plan on returning.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our four night stay. This cottage is indeed small but feels larger because of the layout. It was very clean and modern with every amenity needed. The outdoor space is what makes this place stand out. A remote location with wonderful outdoor seating areas really help you enjoy the peace and solitude. The check in/out was simple and Michelle was a pleasure to deal with. Couldn’t have asked for anything more especially at an affordable rate.
