### Welcome to Mayberry in the Pacific Northwest with WiFi access! Next to Aberdeen.

Nestled in Cosmopolis, across the river from Aberdeen, this delightful house offers a tranquil escape .  
A little town with big parks and a river to stroll along. Explore the 40 acre wilderness park trails. It’s at the end of the street. Neighborhood tennis courts and pickle Ball courts too. Folks will greet you as you walk. And you can even get fresh eggs from the neighbor across the street!!  
  
Nestled among trees and fauna. A 'burb' of Aberdeen/Hoquiam and Montesano. In the hills, yet only blocks of the scenic Coastal Highway. Large 2 story house built into the hill. LR steps out to a deck with woodsy views. Sit and enjoy the quiet, while watching deer wander thru the yard. The family room has a fireplace & adjoins the kitchen. A separate office area for two people, with separation. Rental is for upper floor. New furnishings with a few antiques. Eclectic and artsy.  
  
This is a NEW LISTING. We are flexible to your needs and the length of stay. Rent 2 to 4 bedrooms. Rent adjusts to accommodate. Mid term occupancies (3+ months) require all utilities be paid by occupant. Fully occupied, the home comfortably accommodates 8 people. Maybe 2 more on couches. Extra guests need owner approval in advance, (Xtra fee) Pets limited to two. (2). Deposits are for each pet. The interior photos need to be resized to fit VRBO. If interested, request we send them to you via email.
