The posting when I booked stated 1 king sized bed and 1 full-size sofa bed. This is false information. This property cannot really accommodate more than 2 people. The sofa bed does not exist. The managing company wasn’t concerned about the fact it wasn’t as listed. They were to bring an air mattress and it never showed up as stated. We loved this location. It was about 25 minutes outside of Gatlinburg. The house was new and very clean. If you are looking for a location that is not in the hustle and bustle of Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge this is a nice quiet location. Our dishwasher must have been brand new and did not work but everything else was great. The place could use some extra hooks to hang things and a place for your luggage. This unit looks directly into another one just across the creek, but that one was empty this weekend so no weird moments there! 😂. We would stay here again. Be sure to eat at Doc’s if you stay here.
