Cos Cob Vacation Packages

The room was clean , I had originally booked a king smoking room when I arrived late for check in about 30 min. The room hadn’t been checked out of. I told them I would need a smoking room of some sort. I was given a 2 bed room. The remote had dead battery’s , it an open concept for building detail so you will have to go outside to go to the vending machine or main office. The walls are thin so no loud anything if you want to be respectful to other. Other wise the visit wasn’t bad and I completely what I needed to do . So 6/10. Had parking spots no issue Ac and heat was kicking but the smelling of the room was off very off Staff was helpful and kind

The house was very clean and the areas was quiet too. We had a nice spot to park the car. The staff was calling and checking on me if I didn’t have any issues with the check in. They were available all the time. The only thing we will need next time if possible is the washer and dryer and extra towels because we were 5 and only got 3 towels. But overall we enjoyed the stays.

Access to our room was difficult. There was a paved path from the parking lot to exterior wooden steps up to the outside door. It took several tries to get the keycard reader to work. Once inside, there was another flight of stairs to get to our floor. When we got to our room, the card key did not work. I hiked all the way back to the lobby with the card keys and told the young woman at the desk they were'nt working. After several minutes she gave me two keys which did work. But there was NO apology or sympathy of any kind for the inconvenience. The room was fine,clean and quiet, and the bed was comfortable. Bathroom was spotless with modern fixtures.

I had 2 different, very tasty bre as kfasts. Fitto dinner. A hood beer selection. And the staff coukd not have been friendlier. Great room. Nice TV.
