This smart home includes an EV charger in the garage and was designed to be fully self-sustaining, offering a one of a kind vacation experience at the luxurious Hunter’s Point community in Cortez. The bright, open concept main living area includes a chic sectional, accent chairs, and a Smart TV, with natural light flowing in through sliding glass doors. The modern kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and appliances, as well as island seating for casual breakfasts. A formal dining table makes mealtimes easy, or you can head outside to enjoy alfresco dining with canal views. All three bedrooms are located upstairs on the third floor. The primary bedroom features a plush king bed, private balcony with cozy seating, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and double vanity. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom is perfect for kids with a twin-over-twin bunk and a trundle bed, styled in a cheerful nautical theme. Boat trailers must be parked in garage. The garage will accommodate up to a 25 ft trailer. Guest can make arrangements to store offsite at a local marina as well. Community waterways can accommodate a 25ft boat. This property has an active front door camera at the main entrance. It is brand-new and has water views, the decor is simply lovely, the home was clean and well furnished, beautifully kept and very comfortable for us guests. My family really enjoyed our stay. I was intrigued by the sustainable travel aspect of this rental and was pleasantly surprised that it was so integrated into the home, we didn’t need to use it but there is even an EV charger in the garage.
