To whom it may concern. The refrigerator was not working. Called the front desk and no one came. The television was a joke. The basic channel were not available. Not sure i will be back. The hotel is supposed to be a boutique hotel and spa. The rooms are not representing a boutique hotel- they are very simple! Regarding the Spa??- it was closed so we couldn’t enjoy the amenities after a long journey- very disappointing.
