Absolute waterfront property set on a large block with own private boat ramp and jetty.  
  
Catering for all your needs; Corowa Riverdeck is the perfect place to stay as a couple, with family or friends, or for business.  
  
Corowa Riverdeck accommodates 8 people with 2 bathrooms.   
The house sleeps 6 with two bedrooms   
The additional studio room sleeps 2.  
  
Enjoy the magnificent view with direct access to the Murray River.  
Relax and enjoy all activities that the area has to offer.  
  
The property consists of;  
Open plan living, dining, and full kitchen with dishwasher.  
French doors that open onto the huge deck, equipped with table and chairs, sun lounges, egg chair, fan, TV and BBQ all overlooking the Murray River.   
The main bedroom consists of a queen bed, with TV, and French doors that also open onto the deck overlooking the river.  
Instantaneous hot water, washing machine, bathroom, ducted gas heating, ducted air conditioning, Foxtel, Wifi, PS3, 2 door fridge with ice maker & mains chilled water, coffee pod machine.   
Games room equipped with TV, pool table, dart board & kids toys   
Private boat ramp and jetty  
Gazebo by the bank containing an outdoor setting  
Private Studio with ensuite, river views which is situated away from the main house   
  
Bedding configuration:  
Main bedroom: x1 queen bed  
Bedroom 2: x1 double bed, x1 single bunk (single top & bottom)  
Studio Room: x1 queen bed  
  
Bedding is made up for the exact number of guests stated on the booking, and only the bedrooms required for this will be accessible.   
Linen & towels provided for guests (excluding beach towels)  
  
The Studio  
This very unique studio is situated separate to the house, with spectacular views of the river from your room.  
The Studio sleeps 2\.   
Consisting of a queen bed with ensuite, reverse cycle heat/cool and a TV.   
  
Things to do:  
Launch your boat from the private boat ramp (weather & river levels permitting) or from the public ramp situated only 5 houses away, fish from your jetty, sit back & relax under the gazebo by the bank, canoe, swim & enjoy the river & all it has to offer.   
During the cooler months enjoy a cosy night under the stars, by the river with our fire pit.  
Cycle on the rail trail located at your front door, Visit the world famous Rutherglen Wineries, play a game at the 27 hole championship golf course, visit the chocolate factory the list goes on....   
Racecourse, tennis court, netball courts, sporting oval, and playground only 2 blocks away.  
  
Corowa Main Street is only 5 mins away. Located only 10 min from Rutherglen, 30 min from Yarrawonga/Mulwala, and 45 min from Albury/Wodonga.

Lovely spot by the magnificent Murray river. The house works well for a larger group and is particularly good for those who like indoor/outdoor living.Could be s few more fly screens on the windows but there wasn’t many flys or mozzies in late AprilWell stoked kitchen and tv’s everywhere

A brilliant spot for a relaxing stay right on the river. Lots of room in the house and garden. Fights over who would get the studio as it's outlook is stunning.Would recommend this property if you are holidaying in the Corowa/Rutherglen/Waghunya area.

#### Awesome Long Weekend

The accomodation was perfect for us, staying with friends and family, the house accommodated perfectly for our requirements with bed configurations. The location was spot on, providing water activities on the Murray, and the outdoor area was awesome, which is where we spent most of our time. The house was very well equipped with everything we needed and the games room was a winner for the kids! Thanks for a great weekend and we look forward to coming back again next year

#### Highly recommend the Corowa Riverdeck!

This house is truly amazing. We stayed here in the summer and absolutely loved it. The pictures don’t do this place justice.House came with everything we needed- always super grateful for necessities like oil, salt, pepper and bug spray but this place goes above and beyond in all aspects. Had everything we needed and more. The studio room out the back is lovely, and backing onto the river was gorgeous. So nice to sit in the rotunda and eat dinner- so many options with the pontoon and deck! Highly recommend staying here, we would love to stay again!

#### Corowa Old Guys Rule Golf Tour

Fantastic location in a great little NSW Murray River town for a group of golfing mates. The House was spacious and well appointed. the extra bonus being a small separate cottage for those who want their own space. The property was a great escape from the normal rat race, take s stroll down to the floating pontoon and just watch the river flow by. Excellent accomodation

#### Great location in warmer weather 

Beds were comfortable and place was well stocked with equipment and basic supplies except perhaps dishwasher tablets of which there were only three for a three night stay. As discussed with Kimberly during our stay, there was no set of instructions regarding appliances and TV operation. The instructions were clearly missing, but I do wonder why somebody would bother removing them? Suggest some form of simple battery operated light over the barbecue for evening use in the cooler months would be a good addition.

#### Loved this place !

We loved our stay , everything we needed was provided and more. The location was perfection. We just walked out the back door down onto the river and there was everything to enjoy all of the water activities from fishing rods through to kayaks. There was a lovely games room and a beautiful studio overlooking the river. The weather was perfect we will definitely be back to relax and unwind .

What a great place to stay. We celebrated my daughters 30th birthday and loved this house. The river frontage was beautiful and the little extras made this weekend a lot of fun. We would definitely go back!
