Set on one of the community’s premier lots, this home offers spectacular, unobstructed views of the Currituck Sound along with beautiful ocean‑horizon views from select decks — giving your family the best of both OBX coastlines.

    From the moment you walk in, you’ll feel the warmth and comfort of a thoughtfully designed beach home. The kitchen features crisp quartz countertops, and the home is accented with inviting coastal décor and plenty of natural light. Large windows and multiple decks make it easy for everyone to enjoy the views, whether you’re sipping coffee at sunrise or watching the sky change colors at sunset. The second‑floor loft deck, with its built‑in benches, is a favorite spot for families to gather, and the ship’s watch offers a quiet nook for reading or morning relaxation.

    Inside, there’s room for everyone to spread out. The open Great Room brings the living, dining, and kitchen areas together, making it easy to cook, chat, and relax as a group. A separate recreation room with a pool table gives kids and teens their own space, while the den and loft provide cozy corners for downtime. Amenities include high‑speed WiFi, a wet bar, outdoor grill, and a private outdoor shower — perfect after a day at the beach.
    Outside, the private pool area feels like your own family resort. Enjoy the 28' x 14' pool, outdoor speakers, multi‑level decking, a hot tub, and a screened porch ideal for shaded afternoons or evening card games.

Great Place, Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay at The Edge Of Reality. The property was well equipped and met all of our expectations. If there was any complaint... the cleaning crew did a sub par job prior to our arrival, which isn't the property owners fault. We would recommend this property to others and would stay at again.
