Travel insurance can be purchased through VRBO or directly through Generali.

2025 Updates included new Trex decking with white vinyl railings on the front entry plus the mid and top level decks. Private Pool has been resurfaced and new stainless steel appliances installed in the kitchen!

Ground Level: Outside amenities include a private pool, hot tub, outside shower and charcoal grill. Inside you'll find a Bedroom with 2 DuoBunks and TV, full hall bath.

Mid Level: King Master Bedroom with TV/DVD and deck access, King Bedroom with TV/DVD and deck access, Queen Bedroom with TV, full hall bath, and laundry.

Top Level: Great room with TV/DVD, kitchen with counter seating for 4, dining room seating for 12, and a King Master Bedroom with TV/DVD and deck access.

Extras: Private Pool (14 x 28), Hot Tub (6), 6 TVs, 4 DVD players, video/DVD/book libraries, wireless high-speed internet access, corn hole, basketball hoop, outside shower, 2 picnic tables, charcoal grill, parking for 5 vehicles, community water, linens and towels provided and Monteray Shores community amenities. Fully stocked renters closet with beach chairs and beach / pool toys. No Smoking. Dogs Welcome. Full week rentals only. House Address: 848 Oak Ridge Court. Beds: 3 Kings, Queen, 2 DuoBunks. 2026, PRIVATE POOL is open from 5/9/26 -10/9/26

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Fireplace is not available for guest use.

Our family was extremely pleased with this house. Everything was as expected. There was 11 of us, everyone had plenty of space to be together and also enjoy our individual space whenever needed. The pool, hot tub and close location to the beach or sound was so very nice. Best relaxing vacation for adults and kids. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Loved it

Loved this property, short walk to the beach, and grocery store. The pool was a plus, The only thing was the construction in the next lot and the sand was blowing in the pool. Fabulous beach closet, had chairs, floors, games, etc.

Nice location

Rental was in a very nice location, not on the ocean, but also not far away.. only about a 10 minute walk to the ocean. House was in excellent condition, however cleaning company didn't change the beds before we arrived (previous renters obviously had a dog with them), we ended up washing all the sheets ourselves. The hose to the pool was still on, therefore, overflowing the pool when we arrived. And the lot next door was an active construction zone. Luckily they only worked during normal hours, and mostly while we were away from the house, so the noise wasn't that much of a hassle. However, for the most part, this was a very enjoyable vacation for our family. Everything we did for the week was within an hour away from the house, and easy to find. Grocery stores, gas, and everyday needs were very close by, less than a 5 min drive. I would rent this location again. Thank you!

Fun vacation

The house and location were great we had a great vacation. Some concerns: Lots of spiders and bugs!! Spider webs on everything outside, out door shower was pretty dirty. Got to the property at 4 for check in and the cleaners and pool guy just arrived so we had to wait outside for an hour. Previous tenants didn't take the trash down so we were left with no room in recepticals till Wednesday. Lots of trees around the pool so we were constantly trying to clean it. No lawn at all. The location and Beach access were nice. Beach access was just a short drive away with parking on side streets.

Could be cleaner

House is beautiful and in a great location. The only complaint would be the cleanliness and how many spiders that there were everywhere. There were dead bugs left on stands in the house. Spiders surrounded all balconies, doors, and around the pool. Had to buy raid to try to kill some of them. Unable to open windows due to the spiders and bugs that were in between them. Cleanliness was definitely an issue.

Nice place in a good location and property was exactly as described. Kitchen is small but well stocked. The first floor is a high traffic area that needs a good cleaning. We would stay again.
