Ground Level: This level is totally devoted to fun! Enjoy the rec room featuring a pool table, foosball table, kitchenette with sink, microwave and full size refrigerator, 40" flat-screen TV/DVD, 408 game arcade machine and a half bath. You can access the private pool and hot tub from this level. The laundry with washer and dryer is also located on this level. Top Level: Features the great room with wood fireplace, 65" smart TV/ Blu-Ray DVD. The spacious, updated kitchen has 2 dishwashers and counter seating for 3, dining room with seating for 10 and a half bathroom. King Master Bedroom with 43" Smart TV and a private bathroom with claw-foot tub and separate shower. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided.
