With over 3,200 square feet of living space, Sea Spot can easily accommodate multiple or extended families. The primary king suite is located on the top level and includes a private bath with dual vanities, jetted tub and luxurious walk-in shower with both rainfall and handheld showerheads. The mid-level consists of three more bedrooms (including a second king ensuite), all of which provide deck access. There's also a den with queen sleeper sofa that can serve as an additional hangout space or used for alternative sleeping arrangements. Downstairs, you'll find the fifth bedroom along with a full hall bath. Sea Spot is situated in the picturesque community of Pine Island, an award-winning oceanside neighborhood featuring luxury homes and resort-style amenities. In addition to the Cove Road complex behind the house, guests at Sea Spot will also have access to the Pine Island Beach Club. This exclusive oceanfront destination is only a three-minute drive from the house and offers plenty of free parking.
