The Neighborhood:
Located in the Whalehead Neighborhood in Corolla, NC. Just a short walk to the beach, a short drive to nearby restaurants, shops, and Carova Beach, which is the home of the OBX wild horses!
There are several grocery stores within minutes. Food Lion and Harris Teeter. There are many restaurants, shops, and fun activities for kids in the area. To the north are the infamous 4x4 drive on beaches and the historic town of Corolla. To the south is the town of Duck with many things to see and do.

Rental Agreement
After booking your stay with us, we kindly ask our guests to complete a North Carolina Vacation Rental Agreement. This is a standard procedure designed to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all parties involved in renting homes in North Carolina. When signing the rental agreement, you are agreeing to share this agreement and the house rules with all parties that will be on the property during your stay. This rental agreement applies to "everyone" staying or visiting the property. If you are booking on Airbnb, you will receive a link to the rental agreement in the Airbnb app.
Guest Verification with Truvi
To protect our homes and enhance your peace of mind, Sojourn partners with Truvi, a third-party guest verification platform. You’ll receive a direct message from Truvi to complete your verification. Please complete this step before check-in. Visit Truvi’s website to learn more.
Trust & Safety Fee
Our company applies a single, nonrefundable fee for a Safely Protection Policy. We do not collect a security deposit. A Safely Protection Policy (short-term rental insurance) ensures that the guest, the home and its contents are protected during the stay.
Property Access & Maintenance
From time to time, our homes may require preventative or emergency maintenance. While we make every effort to avoid any interruptions to your stay, Sojourn reserves the right to access the property after providing 24 hours’ written notice. Your comfort is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding.

All of our homes have exterior security cameras for the safety and security of our guests. Exterior cameras are pointed at areas of ingress and egress from the home.
