Lighthouse Landing is a convenient single-level condo in the heart of Corolla Light! Decorated with tropical flair, this ground level, end unit condo is just six steps up offering easy access from the parking level. Located just across the street from the indoor sports and fitness center or a short bike ride or trolley ride (seasonal) to the Corolla Light Oceanfront and beaches! Take advantage of the many amenities the resort offers including trolley service throughout the community for easy beach access (seasonal) and community pools on the soundfront, oceanfront and don't forget the indoor pool! Walk the soundfront nature trails, stroll to the beach or explore the shops and restaurants just a bike ride away! Corolla Light is great for active families with summer activities planned for the kids and miles of multi-use paths for jogging, biking or strolling along Historic Corolla.  
  
Single Level: Great room with LCD TV/DVD, surround sound, gas fireplace (available November 1- April 30) and deck access. Kitchen with counter seating for 3 and dining room seating for 6. Hall closet with books that can be borrowed during the week. Covered deck with table and chairs, King Master Bedroom facing the fountained pond with flat-screen TV, deck access and a private bathroom with dual vanity, Jacuzzi tub and shower. King Bedroom facing fountained pond with flat-screen LCD TV and deck access that shares a full hall bathroom with a Queen Bedroom with Trundle and flat-screen LCD TV. Laundry area with washer and dryer.  
  
Extras: 4 TVs, VCR, DVD player, on site/community charcoal grill, 3 deck accesses, pack-n-play, high-speed internet, corn hole game, badminton, parking for 2 cars, gas fireplace (available November 1- April 30), single hammock swing, corn hole/ Tic-tac-toe combo outdoor game, video library, games, linens and towels provided and Corolla Light Community amenities for 7 (Corolla Light is a private community that requires guests to wear wristbands to access community amenities). No Smoking. No Pets. Full week rentals only. Beds: 2 Kings, Queen. House Address: 1056 Mirage St, Unit 417. Key Type: Keyless Entry. CHECK IN LOCATION: 1023 Ocean Trail, Corolla Office.  
  
No gas, open flame grills or one time grills allowed on the property (per community and insurance regulations).  
This property does not provide beach chairs or an outside shower.  
  
Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
