Lots of stairs, hot tub was not working. We called in the AM for the hot tub to be fixed and heard nothing back. Upon arriving at the community at 11:30 PM there was a gate that we never received a code for. Had to call several people to get a code that worked. Be sure to bring your own trash bags. They put bathroom size bags in the kitchen trash cans. Parking was tight when the neighbors were there but I feel a lot of the beach houses have this issue. A few hiccups but overall the house offered a great vacation for my family and if the hot tub is fixed I would definitely rent this property again. ##### Kristi H. The property is also close to shopping, restaurants, and grocery stores. There is no pool at the house, but we were there in December so didn’t need one.
