Pet friendly. Eat breakfast on the large back deck while watching the sun rise. Drive up the 4x4 beach to see the wild horses, or climb the Corolla lighthouse for a bird's eye view of the coast. Play on the beach all day and then gaze up at the milky way from the hot tub at night. There's nothing more relaxing than a week at Water Music in Corolla. When you arrive, you'll find sheets, towels and beach towels laid out. Toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap and a hair dryer in all the bathrooms. You'll find laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent and dish soap. And you'll find paper towels, trash bags and even zip locks. Water Music has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. On the third floor, there is a large kitchen, dining room living room area. There is also a bedroom with a king bed and a full bathroom. On the second floor, there are four bedrooms. Two bedrooms on each side of the foyer with Jack&Jill bathrooms between them. There is also a washer and dryer. Each floor has a large deck with deck furniture. In the back yard there is a private, fenced pool and hot tub. There is also an outdoor shower and two charcoal grills. In the driveway, there is parking for 5 cars. New this year, a 48amp, level 2 EV charger with both NACS and J1772 plugs. On the ground floor, the owner maintains a private apartment with a separate entrance. The owner may not be in the apartment during your stay, but if present, does not use the outdoor spaces (pool, hot tub, decks, outdoor shower, etc.) The entire top two floors of the house and the outdoor space are yours. The walkway to the beach is right next door and the neighborhood beach volleyball court is right across the street. The neighborhood also has two outdoor pools, a snack bar, lifeguards at the beach, basketball and volleyball courts and a playground. The house was beautiful and was a fantastic layout for our family. My favorite part was the kitchen and bar. We really enjoyed cooking went on vacation and the kitchen was by far the best stocked kitchen we’ve ever rented before. The hot tub was The icing on the cake for our trip! It was So incredibly relaxing to be able to sit in the hot tub and look up at the thousands of stars that were so clear and beautiful. The layout of the house made it very comfortable for 6 adults and 3 kids to have their own space. The pool was clean and well maintained. This is a third row house and it was an easy 5 minute walk from the house to the beach access and the beach was very nice, with a long shallow water entry for the kids.The beds were great, very comfortable. Internet access was excellent and there were so many TV channels that could satisfy anyone's taste. Parking was easy at the house. Finally the Host was absolutely wonderful and easily accessible by text if there was anything you needed or wanted to know. The location was perfect for driving on the 4x4 beach, walking to the beach or everything in Corolla. Communication with Anne was fantastic. She reached out to us a few times before we arrived to check on our plans and asking if we needed help planning. When we arrived we meet Anne who lives on the bottom floor. Some people might not care to have the owner of the property on site, but it was perfect. She has her own apartment on the lower level and we had the top two floors. Anne is such a great source of everything going on in Corolla. She recommended restaurants, bakeries, places to go and things to do. She helped point us in the right direction every time we asked. The walk to the beach is approximately 2 mins. One morning while eating breakfast we had two wild horses outside in the backyard. Great house in a perfect location.
