This premier home has everything you need to enjoy family time together at the property and is just a short walk to the beach. This prestigious home features 8 bedrooms each with a private bathroom, spacious gathering areas for the family to enjoy eating together or just hanging out, along with some quiet areas to nestle up with a good book. An office desk is available for those never-ending work emails. And, premium bed linens and bath towels are provided with beds made upon arrival! We have amenities to accommodate everyone, such as a game room with pool table and shuffleboard, and a theater room. This home also features an elevator, Wi-Fi for working or streaming, and a surround sound system. Enjoy plenty of outside entertainment with the pool, hot tub, cabana, outside shower, ping pong, and fire pit. Enjoy the extra space on one of the many exterior decks. Whether inside or out, you will be sure to make family vacation memories that will last a lifetime... or at least sustain you until next year! This home welcomes up to 2 pets for an additional fee of $25 per day per pet ($175 minimum) plus tax. Pets shall be limited to (2) domestic, housebroken adult dogs (no puppies). We traveled with 17 people ages ranging from 11 to 50 and this house was absolutely perfect for our stay. The house was in pristine condition, comfortable and had everything we needed and more - game room, pool, hot tub, theater room, surround sound, comfortable beds, clean and beautiful bedrooms and bathrooms and amazing views. They thought of everything. Liz was helpful and quick to reply with every question I asked and Atlantic Realty was amazing in helping me check in and finding excursions that fit my group.
