This house worked out very well for our extended family vacation! It was extremely well equipped with kitchen supplies which made cooking easy. We had a little trouble with the code door lock but the property manager came in our first day to show us how it worked (mostly our user error). Broken pool cues there were also immediately replaced so we could play during our week. The pool was great for our little kids in the family. Beach is a very short walk but there are many steps to get over the dunes which made it too difficult for grandma to join on the beach. Overall Very nice community and beach to spend the week in! Pool and backyard were great-nicer than multiple surrounding homes. Our only bump in the road was that house was not clean/ready in time. 1st floor/pool was supposed to be ready at 1pm and we got there and cleaners had not been there yet. The house was beautiful and kitchen well-stocked. It was nice for each bedroom to have its own bathroom. We ate in every night as we found the place so relaxing and enjoyable. The pool was perfect to relax and play in after time at the beach. We thought this place was a perfect fit for our family of eight adults and three little ones. P.S. It is very difficult to take a beach cart up and over all the steps and decking to the beach...do not bother to rent/bring one. ##### Yvonne M.
