For those who are enthusiastic and knowledgeable about what a great beach vacation should be, Afishynado is designed to exceed all your expectations.  
  
Conveniently located less than 90 yards to beach access and minutes away from great food and shopping, Afishynado is a unique, vibrant, luxurious, yet comfortable home that has it all. Relax and listen to the sounds of the ocean from the top deck, and enjoy limited ocean views from some of the top level rooms.  
  
Afishyanado offers seven well-appointed bedrooms, all with TVs and featuring Pottery Barn and Crate and Barrel furniture and bedding. The well-equipped, purposefully designed kitchen with two full-size refrigerators and two dishwashers conveniently serves groups large and small. The open-concept large living area provides the perfect space for family to gather for movie or game night.  
  
When not at the beach, the private heated pool (14’x28’), hot tub, and game room provide daily entertainment for the whole family!  
  
These are just a few of the great features this amazing home has to ensure everyone in your family has an outstanding vacation!  
  
This property is pet-friendly. There is an additional charge for guests bringing pets, which will be added and collected after booking. Pet fees range from $161-231 depending on the property, and will be assessed state and local taxes.  
  
For 2026, this home will include credit for $315 in beach gear rentals from our partners at VayK Life. Stay between April 3rd and October 18th, 2026 (tentative dates, 7-night minimum), and use your beach gear credit for items such as bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, paddleboards, and more!  
  
Freestyle stays offered for the off season!  
  
This home has video surveillance of the driveway.  
  
The private pool is open from April through Veterans Day weekend. Pool heat is $450/week by request during April-May and September-Veterans Day.

Outdoor Space: Great shaded space around the pool and hot tub, three large decks, outdoor shower with hot water, gas and charcoal grill, porch swing, and deck furniture for your entire group.  
  
Ground Level: Game room with pool table, twin trundle bedroom, queen bedroom, full bath with shower/tub and access to the pool.  
  
Mid Level: Den with wet bar, mini fridge, flat screen HDTV, hall bath with tub/shower, full-size washer and dryer, king en suite with tub/shower, bedroom with 2 twins, pyramid bedroom, and queen bedroom.  
  
Top Level: Spacious living area with gas fireplace (off-season) and large flat screen TV, slider to the front deck with ocean views and great outdoor furniture, half bath, sitting area with 3 couches, 2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, bar seating for 8, dining table seats 10-12, king en suite with jetted tub and separate walk-in shower.
