We were a bit crowded in the upstairs gathering space. The main windows for viewing the ocean were obscured due to the seals being compromised. That was disappointing. There were small issues like insufficient flatware for the capacity of the house; the kitchen was otherwise nicely appointed. Those of us who used the hot tub found it not heating very well... barely hot. We enjoyed the theatre quite a lot. We enjoyed our stay and the dolphins gave us an energetic show almost every day. We are long time visitors to the area. It was good to come back as a big family group after not visiting for several years. Communication and booking process was handled well. Very much appreciated being able to bring our well behaved dogs (2). We particularly appreciated the ability to pay for departure services so we didn't have all of those tasks to perform and leave by 9am. ##### Amy K. The kids loved the pool and the in house theater. However the house was pretty dirty, the appliances were dirty e.g the Dyson vacuum was filled with black spot, and many of the pots and pans were burned through the bottom and were in need of replacing. The two dishwashers were nice but the door of one was difficult to close and lock. ##### Robert S.
