Like everywhere in Cap Haitien, constant A/C is not possible so there are times from around 8:00 pm until the morning when it works well. This hotel is a colorful oasis on the hill and a great place to drink a beer and look out over the city. It is a steep grade up the hill but I walked up and down it and enjoyed to e beautiful murals. I highly recommend staying at this hotel!
