For the money i paid the owner could at least get new kitchen appliances and furniture. House was a good size with ample room for 2 adults and 2 kids and the house had absolutely everything you needed if you had forgotten to bring something. Very close walk to the Bay across the road, with a small park for the kids which was handy. Very affordable pricing for our 10 day stay and was comfortable. So overall very happy and would stay there again.
