Villa Filippos is build in a sloped plot, which gives the privilege of having excellent sea views from every level of the building


There is an open plan area of the kitchen, dining room and living room. The area is spacious and fully equipped with electric supplies, TV supplies. The kitchen is fully equipped.Both bedrooms have modern decoration. There is the master bedroom with a king size bed, while the second bedroom has 1 bunk bed and with bed linen and towels/beach towels being provided. A fully functional and spacious bathroom.


The exterior of the villa offers large, fully furnished verandas where you can enjoy the exceptional, panoramic sea view and the lush greenery of the mountain. BBQ facilities are also provided. A private pool completes this tranquil environment, where green meets the endless blue of the sea. An Eco friendly property as electricity comes from solar power.


In case of larger parties, there is the opportunity of reserving Villa Renata as well. Villa Renata is close to villa Filippos, while at the same time, each villa is considered as "private".
