Paul and Freddie were awesome! Very helpful, friendly and professional. Freddie went out of his way to talk to us about the culture of the area, which we loved. A first class operation and the rooms were charming and perfect for our stay! When in Quito, this would be a perfect spot to rent for several weeks. Hotel Plaza Grande is centrally located to what we wanted to see in 'Old Town' Quito. Our beautifully decorated suite was very comfortable and had great views of Plaza Grande and beyond (magical at dusk). Most of all we felt very safe and secure. The restaurant served excellent food and overall hotel staff was world class. Order ice cream in the restaurant for a fun surprise. Thank you to the staff at Hotel Plaza Grande. Well done!
