"Looked beautiful as we drove in. Beautiful manicured lawns with kangaroos either napping or eating. After checking in and putting our stuff into the Very outdated room. A walk through the koala enclosure we managed to see 4 koalas very high up in their trees. Onto the bar,a beer and a lemon lime bitters.Beer was cold, lemon lime bitters was watered down but ok. Dinner was ordered and arrived very quickly, small steak under cooked and luke warm chips.Complaint made re the chips and comment by staff was I will let them know. Back to the room, dripping shower, tv so old you couldn't get all the channels, thread bare carpet, reasonably comfortable queen bed,bunk beds that the mattress was too small and very cold room with an extra blanket that smelt very musty. Made my complaint known at checkout, response oh I didn't know you couldn't get all the channels in that room. $175.00 definitely not worth it."
