The room was clean. The air conditioning did not stay on, we had to keep turning the unit on and off in order for the room to cool down. There were dozens of ants in the room, stains on all the towels, a crack in the exterior window and my dog picked up two ticks while walking in the grass around the property. Would not recommend.

Nice private clean cabin that is pet friendly. The host was very nice, we had a problem with the hot tub and showed up first thing the next morning to take care of it. Close to Cooks forest if you like hiking. Brookville was a nice place to visit, nice historic town with some good shops.
