This is a cozy riverfront cabin which is 1 of 2 separate cabins located on 25 acres near the "Barn Hollow Natural Area" just 8 miles outside Mountain View Missouri. While looking out over the Jacks Fork river from the cabin you can hear the soothing sound of the river flowing. The river access for swimming, crackling wood burning stove, and hot tub are just some of the many things about this cabin that you are sure to love! \--Windows overlooking the Jacks Fork river. \--Front covered porch with rocking chairs overlooking the Jacks Fork river. \--Hot Tub on front porch. \--Private river beach/bank and swimming access. \--Indoor wood burning stove. \--Satellite WIFI Internet. \--Central Heating & Air. \--Running Hot & Cold water. Guest access Entire Cabin, private river bank & swimming hole shared by only 2 cabins on the entire 25 acres of riverfront property. Other things to note \--Depending on cell service provider, you may not have cell service at the cabin. The interior is gorgeous and so comfortable, we were well rested for our float trip the next day. I would like to go back myself sometime just for the quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Contemplation Cabin is an apt name for this lovely property. The host was BEYOND accompdating. 15/10 stars. We had another couple originally going with us and they changed their parameters 6 or 7 times. Each flex, Logan was patient and worked with us. Cannot rate them highly enough. The river is absolutely gorgeous, and it is where we spent most of our time playing. The cabin is very private and is the perfect place to unplug and relax. Wonderful little cabin, way better than the most glamorous of camping. Lots of cut and split firewood ready to go by the firepit, plus charcoal grill and outdoor gas grill, and everything needed for S’mores! HUGE PLUS - your own private beach an 2 kayaks to paddle right up to the gorgeous bluff formations on the far side of the river…a great swimming hole at your doorstep. The cabin was well stocked for any needs and comfortable. We spent a lot of time at the river and even saw an Eagle fly by. The owners were great with communication, especially with the directions to get there, which was definitely needed, since GPS wasn't much help at a certain point.
