The room was freezing cold. Note to manager insulate your doors. Replace all your A/CS with a working heater - ACs. Or at least have portable heaters to give your guest. Like the young man who gave me his that night that I came in.

The bed and pillows are uncomfortable, the wi-fi was slow and would not keep up. Always bright in the room at night. You could hear everything while trying to sleep such as the rooms around you, people walking above the room and people walking in the halls.
