I had a great stay here. The hotel was very clean, and the front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They also went above and beyond with my VIP benefits—I received everything without having to ask, including a room upgrade. It was a really nice experience from start to finish, and I’d definitely stay here again.

I love the look of this hotel. It's amazing to be able to look up 18 stories and then to go up to the 18th story and look down. All in all the hotel appears to be very well kept. However, I was surprised that at the top of the ceiling in the main atrium some of ceiling was hanging down possibly from water damage which took away from the beauty. Also the elevator door is looked worn in the main lobby on the outside. But other than that everything inside was great. Free fruit water in the lobby. I was not very impressed with the area. Same kind of rundown. I didn't feel entirely safe walking around but it wasn't terrible and it certainly not the hotel's fault. All in all a great experience. Good view as well.

"Mold on the bathroom ceiling in multiple rooms with HEAVY mold/mildew smell. Towels and sheets were worn and yellowed. Top blankets stained and dirty. Someone is going to get seriously ill staying there"

"It's a little dated. There was a very long line at check in with only one staff member working. We did not find a non-smoking area of the casino and while the room was designated as non-smoking it clearly smelled of smoke. For a non-expensive overnight it was OK."
