We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. They even reached out by text to see if we had any questions or needs.The rooms were clean when we arrived and cleaned the next day while we were out and about. There is no microwave or refrigerator in the room. However, there is a microwave next to the ice machine on each floor. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet however it does cost $15 a person.

Parking was good. I would suggest that the shuttle bus be more cautious. It almost hit me as I was coming out of my parking space due to the shuttle speeding. Staff was good. The Starbucks cafe would be convenient if they would want to make your coffee. I wanted a white chocolate mocha and employee said she had just cleaned the expresso machine and did not want to dirty it. It was like 7 pm. Maybe have instructions on how to use the thermostat as it was very cold and then too hot. I figured it out after multiple time tries trying to set the temperature at a comfortable setting.

Was told had a first floor room. Nope, 3rd floor, went to ice machine pushed button no ice was un plugged,had to go down to 2nd floor. Wanted to use hot tub couldnt hand written sign no children un to allowed in it closed

Took a little getaway for my moms birthday. Have never been to this area of Michigan but this location was super quiet. Staff/front desk worker was extremely helpful and pleasant. Would stay again for sure if another trip was planned.
