Great Hotel, great location. Very friendly staff they do the maximum of their best to help you make the most of your holiday. Nice clean room, good breakfast. Walkable distance to San Giovanni train station and lake Como water front. Cafour Market near by.

Very nice hotel with lovely staff, air con was great for high temperatures, and black out blinds were brilliant for the light evenings/mornings. As on a main road to centre, can be noisy. Very short distance to a very good supermarket, opposite a petrol station which is convenient.

Great value hotel... I've styed at this hotel three times now and always found it a pleasant place to stay... The hotel staff are friendly, and they have lots of different size rooms to accommodate all styles of travellers... as a solo traveller they have a number of single rooms at great prices... the larger San Giavanni train station is approx' 5-10 minutes walk, and the smaller Como Lago train station, and the centre of town, is about 10-15 minutes walk away... all in all, good value.

The hotel is old and dirty,needs renovation. We stayed in a room in the attic and the electric heater was left on because the radiator in the room was not working. Since everything in the attic was made of wood and carpet, we were reluctant to sleep with the heater on at night and we froze all night. We were thankful it was only a one night stay otherwise it would have been very annoying.
