Everything was great until it was time for us to check out an early morning. No staff was to be found. We called the number that we were given if we needed help no one answered. They lock the front door so you’re trapped in there. Unless you go out through the garden did I mention it was pouring rain and I had all my bags with me and had to wait for the car service outside in the rain other than that the place was great

Very pleasant stay overall. The room was large and quiet, with a window overlooking the garden, which made the atmosphere particularly relaxing. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was new, modern, and spacious. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the location is excellent. It is only about a 10 minute walk down to the city center, which makes it easy to reach everything while still staying in a quieter area. The only small improvements I would suggest are adding a small table or desk suitable for quick computer work and a Nespresso machine in the room, although a kettle was available.

The room was very comfortable. Property was nicely maintained with pretty gardens and nearby parking. Staff was warm and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious with a lovely assortment. The area is a hilly walk from the shops, but worth the quiet. We enjoyed our stay tremendously.

Our apartment was great size for 2 people. The service was very personal, it felt like a private villa even though it wasn’t. The breakfast was brilliant. The apartments are situated close to Como town centre which had a very good selection of shops, bars and restaurants.

A hidden treasure!

This is our favourite hotel in Como! A beautiful Villa and boutique hotel with a lovely garden! We have stayed here 3 times and just love it! Beautiful rooms, really good beds and very clean! Only 5 min walk to the Cathedral - just love it!

Immaculate property! Fantastic location for walking into main area of the city. Lovely, helpful staff. Beautiful, spacious room. Pretty outdoor area. Oasis in Como

This is a delightful place to stay, comfortable large room with walk-in shower and balcony over looking the garden and pool. It's in a quiet part of town, away from the crowds but only 10 minutes walk, although there are some stairs to negotiate! The service is excellent both for check-in and breakfast, with poolside service for drinks during the day and food is availabl too.
