The morning breakfast is por and not good quality's food. The room have low standard and the staff are not so energetic to help you or support your needs. I have booked a room for 3 nights and after the first night my eyes and face have been affected by the moldy in the rooms. So please take this hotel out from your sistem. Almost all pool facing rooms, courteous staff, big clean pool, food was fine, the buffet dinner served during the stay, which was in the Christmas holidays, was mostly Asian, Indian, with a few continental dishes. The beach was a 5 min walk from the hotel. As we knew a common friend of the Hotel's Management, by co-incidence, we had the pleasure of being met & greeted by Mr. Desmond Sequeira, the F & B Manager. Staff was very obliging and courteous. Food was excellent! Room was clean and no complaints. I would stay there again should I travel back to Goa. Location was good. Walk to the beach was five minutes and the walk in to town was easy and felt safe. Navigation Boards- There is no board for show the directions towards Hotel. 2. No beach View- The Hotel is about 500meters from beach but isn't facing towards sea nor has a sea view. 3. Vehicle Washing - I had my own SUV but when I requested a paid wash the management refused saying they don't..
