The Staff was very friendly, and very kind!! The hotel was horribly kept. Upon arrival it smelled of a pot factory. Seedy neighborhood, parking lot looked like a hangout for what looked like people waiting to make drug deals! States dog friendly, yet no where to take your dog to do there business outside other than a lava rock area near the pool. The only door to get in and out of the building was the front door. The phones in the room were non functioning, cords were cut. When I was concerned about the phones I went to the front desk and I was told they are under construction. I checked out, and was able to get a full refund.

The staff was very nice but the sofa bed mattress in one room was full of stains. The staff changed it out immediately for a brand new one. Hotel overall smelled musty and just seemed very aged. Most importantly, the toilet in one room broke late one evening. The staff addressed it and gave us a temporary fix with the promise that it would be fixed the next day while we were out. It was not fixed and we ended up having to flush it manually in the tank the whole stay and now have to work with Expedia to get a minimal credit back. Having to flush a toilet manually every time is not acceptable. Breakfast was good but overall would not comfortably recommend this hotel.

The only things I liked were the options they offer, & even though we didn't use the pool, the gym or even tried the breakfast (Didn't physically see either of those 3 options either) its good to know that they're there ... I think. Cleaning staff needs to do better! Killed a cockroach in the lobby. The room we were assigned could have been in better condition, but we were too tired to complain. We had just driven for almost 2 days straight. Killed another roach in the restroom. We went out early the next day and we asked the person at the front desk if they could please send someone to clean and restock our room ... more clean towels, sweep and mop (the floor was sticky) & empty our trash bag (the only trash can in the whole room) All they did was sweep. We came back late & we were still very tired, noticed it the next morning. Definitely won't be staying here again.

Very friendly and helpful staff, but very sparsely staffed hotel. The hotel is also quite old and rundown and located in a rather rough part of the city. But the staff are all incredibly helpful and friendly.
