The open kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 5 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine with Nespresso capsules available for purchase. The lower level also includes a shower, bidet, and toilet.

Moving upstairs, you'll find two bedrooms: one room with a single bed and a double bed, and another room with three beds. There is also a second bathroom with a bath, bidet, and toilet on this level. The property offers gas heating and air conditioning for your comfort, with heating available from October 15th to April 15th. The floors throughout the house are beautifully finished with parquet. Outside, you can enjoy the balcony furnished with comfortable seating and deck chairs, offering stunning views of the lake and surrounding countryside.

The property is thoughtfully equipped with additional amenities to enhance your stay, including a washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2-year-olds, and a hair dryer.
