The moment you walk into this holiday house the room opens up to a stunning 180 degree ocean view that will take your breath away. This beach house has a contemporary design that has all the comforts you would expect. Filtered natural light throughout and a sweeping veranda, you will not want to leave. Why not gather local produce and wine, spend the afternoon lounging around, relaxing and taking in the view. Sandpipers Retreat is a four bedroom, two bathroom split level home, with large open plan dining, lounge and a modern well equipped kitchen. A large sun drenched deck area provides beautiful sparkling ocean views. This property has heating for your comfort on cooler nights and features free wifi. There is a BBQ area in the garden, or you can entertain out on the deck, while enjoying the most breath taking view. There is plenty of parking and enough room to park your boat and boat trailer. This accommodation has a versatile layout that provides comfort and convenience for couples having a romantic getaway, friends holidaying together or for a family to enjoy. The street Sandpiper is located on is a quite cal-de-sac and the house is set privately away from the road. Sandpipers Retreat is just a few minutes walk to the beach via a direct private path and a short drive to Freycinet National Park, beaches, jetty’s, shops and cafe. What a fantastic location, right on the beach at Cole’s Bay and 10min to Freycinet National Park. We spent 2 days at Sandpiper on our visit to Freycinet Peninsula and Wineglass Bay. It was fantastic to be able to walk directly to the beach and stroll along the shore of Cole’s Bay and, at the same time, be only 10min drive from the National Park. Large, clean and modern house suitable for families and groups. Good communication with hosts. Will be back! ##### Byron M.
