Large clean room

First let me say it was cute, cozy and well thought out. The grounds are beautiful and it’s a great location. There were 2 issues that should be addressed. 1. The front desk staff the morning of 7/13 (middle aged female) was clearly overly involved in her laptop and phone conversation. It’s a very quaint environment and it offers no privacy for the desk staff. 2. When picking up my keys from beneath the bed skirt noted garbage under the bed. It really is a great property. Do better. It’s not a cheap overnight stay.

A bed, shower and a cup of coffee in your room in the morning. That it! Pray it isn’t a warm evening because there is no a/c. Rooms is very old and needs repair. Paid $240 for one night.

Soda Butte is an old hotel and has not been renovated. It needs a complete renovation. Carpets are dirty. There is no air conditioning. Electrical sockets are loose. Sheets and pillows are old. The people were nice and friendly. This is a hotel that clearly is way past its’ heyday.
