Newly updated flooring in 2023 gives this home a fresh feel. This quaint two bedroom, one bath home is located over a hillside, tucked back behind town. This house is still close enough to town that makes shopping and exploring Cody convenient and easy. There is one other house and the owners' shop located on the property. The main living space is an open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a dining table, and sitting area with a television. With 2 wall mount mini-split air conditioning units, the home stays cool in the warmer months. The master bedroom features a king size bed and great mountain views. The second bedroom has a full-size bed. The shared bathroom has a tub/shower combo and the washer and dryer. Outside the home feels spacious with the views and the location. There is seating on the outdoor deck for 4 guests. You can enjoy dining outdoors with an outdoor dining table with umbrella and grill to cook up dinner. Shoshone Canyon House is a great place to go back to at the end of the evening to relax and prepare for the next days' adventure. \*There is a permanent basement tenant with completely sperate access and no shared facilities. There is also a neighboring house with long term tenants.
