Cobh Museum Tours and Activities

Honest review to help others travellers : 1. Room was clean good amenities. 2. Hotel is central and location is a key attraction. 3. Parking is available at extra cost - validate ticket with reception. 4. Food - Lots of better choices around the hotel, next door or short walk to centre.

We really loved our stay at The Dean in Cork. The hotel had a fun, stylish feel and the room had several great touches. The shower was excellent, the minibar had a great selection, and we enjoyed using the vintage-style radio to connect our phone and play music. We also stopped by the rooftop for breakfast, which was a great way to start the day. The location was very convenient as well, especially since it was only about a five-minute walk to the train station the morning we left. Overall, this was one of our favorite stays and we would happily stay here again.

We stayed in an apartment. It was very spacious and had a washer/dryer, which was great… after we figured it out! We enjoyed the terrace for drinks and appr and had breakfast twice. All enjoyable. We didn’t use any of the spa /gym facilities, as we were there to see Cork and the surrounding region. Walking down to the center was doable… but we used the taxi to go back up that hill after walking all day in the places we visited. Cork was a great place to use as a base, we traveled to Cobh, Middleton, Mogeely and Kinsalefrom Cork Center.
