Everything was great the only thing o will suggest to be more thought is the daily room service cause I have to ask to get my room clean but I have to say overall staff was amazing and attentive Very well recommended

I needed a place to stay for a few nights while a friend was having a surgery in a nearby hospital. This place was a perfect find. The staff was friendly and helpful, the parking was easy, and food was within walking distance. If I am ever in the area again I would definitely stay there.

We only stayed one night and had a pleasant stay. Just expect parking fees and destination fees which are pretty standard in the area. There's no way to avoid that. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The building is old but part of the charm. Others complain about the size of the rooms so I booked the larger suite which was a great idea. We had space to move around and a nice view of the city. We did not experience any loud noises and had a decent night sleep. The bar or restaurant was closed so I don't know how it is. There are plenty of places to eat and drink nearby. Perfect location for attending shows or just exploring the area. We feel it was in a safe part of downtown. I would stay here again and recommend it to others.

Beautiful property! Helpful staff! Only thing that needed some work was the water pressure in the bathroom sink.

We stayed here because it was central to the weekend wedding festivities for our daughters wedding. From the moment we checked in, I knew this resort was going to be amazing. From the concierge, Leo, to the firepits to the pools to the gym. I could go on and on but all you need to know is this resort is one of the biggest and best I have stayed at.
