Hotel Aurora was wonderful. The reception was friendly, welcoming and clean. The shared kitchen is well equipped and kept nice and tidy by the guests and staff. The beds were comfortable and clean. The room had a mini fridge and coffee maker. The location is probably the best part as it's right on the corner when you get into little Montezuma. Walking distance to all the shops, restaurants, bars and two nice beaches. The receptionists were okay - not very good English but tried to help if they felt so. 2\. We got first room No. 6\. It smelled really badly to mold and it was hard to breath inside. We then got room No. 2\. It was okay but the shower cap was disgustingly dirty. This was also in room No. 6\. The personnel cleaned both, though. The cushions smelled like poo. We could not use them and made our own cushions out of clothes. 3\. There came only cold water. Hot water would have cost 5 dollars extra. 4\. They have a laundry service, but it costs 10 dollars/bag. Next door it cost under 2000 colones, i.e. about 4 dollars. 5\. The receptions told that the way to the waterfalls was 50 meters away. It was more like 500 meters, which is good to know. 6\.
