"Our room, including the bathroom, was clean. But the inn needs maintenance. For example, holes in walls were covered with tape and railings and stairs needed painting. A holder for an iron was left on the wall."

"The property is not as described. It is actually in someone's backyard and there is no cell service either. We have been trying to get a refund from the host for a week because we never actually stayed at the property, but they are very difficult to get a hold of and have given us no help."
