Room and entire property was clean. Check in was great. Felt comfortable with the parking. Easy walking to downtown. The best part of the hotel was the spectacular roof top bar which had absolutely spectacular views and was an amazing place to spend the evening!

I stayed in a GTV studio and it was soo cute and quaint. Walking distance to the main road, I didn't have to drive unless I went into Pigeon Forge

My first room had no ac and had roaches in the tub. They did move me into a better room. Staff was super nice. Theres no coffee maker in the rooms or ice machine on site. Overall i wasnt impressed with the hotel. I was however very happy with the great and friendly staff.
