Nestled near the quiet and pretty village of Bolton by Bowland.. 3 steps to entrance. All on the Ground Floor: Open plan living space. Living area: Smart TV, Amazon Prime, Woodburner Dining area. Kitchen area: Breakfast Bar, Electric Oven, Electric Hob, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer Bedroom 1: Kingsize (5ft) Bed, Freeview TV Bedroom 2: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds, Freeview TV Bedroom 3: Bunk (3ft) Beds (Children Only), Smart TV, Disney+ Shower Room: Walk-In Shower, Toilet Separate Toilet.. Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. (please not) WiFi can be hit and miss as we are rural. Enclosed front garden with garden furniture and gas barbecue. Bike store. Private parking for 2 cars. 3 dogs of any size or 4 small dogs welcome, to be kept on a lead at all times (sheep country). No smoking or e-cigarettes. This property is located on a working farm.. Acre Hill Lodge offers comfortable accommodations for up to six guests all on one level. Set on the edge of a working farm please note there will be hens, ducks, and cats around dogs on lead countryside sheep and over small animals. The lodge overlooks picturesque countryside views, the lodge provides everything you need to enjoy your time away. Upon arrival you are greeted by an allocated parking area for up to two cars, parking available for a third car in the main driveway in, and an enclosed garden can be found at the front of the lodge, the ideal place to enjoy a bistro-style breakfast and enjoy the view with your furry friends. Entering the property, you are greeted by an open plan living space, where your fully fitted kitchen awaits you providing everything you need to rustle up those home-cooked meals. Don’t fancy cooking? Why not treat yourself at a local restaurant or café, a short drive away? Relax and unwind in the living area and enjoy the warmth of the wood burner while you watch your favourite show or movies. When sleep calls, you have three bedrooms to choose from to sink down and rest your head. The children’s bedroom has a bunk bed and TV. Enjoy the splendid location and picturesque scenery. Bolton by Bowland has shops, tea rooms, restaurants and bars, and is a short drive away. There is so much to do here from popular woodland walks and famous forests to a golf course, castle, swimming pool and pet farms.It is centrally located for visiting the Ribble Valley, Yorkshire Dales and the Lake District National Parks.
