The communication, added touches and recommendations by Raj were helpful and greatly appreciated. Upon arrival we were greeted by Val, we felt very welcomed. The property as a whole is quite dilapidated, clearly in the very early stages of renovation for vacation rentals. The "cottage" itself featured signs that had not been finished - moldings not painted, a bathroom ceiling fan that had seen better days and a broken window. She loves the beach, we were looking for a place we haven't been before. I came across this one and went for it. We were not disappointed at all. This was such a cute little spot. Very clean and quiet for being on a busier street. Its set back far enough you dont hear traffic. Raj sent a ton of restaurants in the area and other places to go as well. His mother greeted us upon arrival, she was very sweet. Overall a great stay and will be back! ##### Katherine G.
