Leather seating and recliner with stone backed gas fireplace to enjoy. Powder room on first level. Kitchen large enough for 2 cooks to work along side, plus a bar with stools for serving meals. Keurig coffee, regular maker, Microwave, gas cooktop, oven, trash compactor, water dispenser. Second level contains 3 bedrooms and a spotless bathroom shared by 2 rooms. Master suite has large windows facing Lake Cleelum with a bay window. There is an inflatable queen mattress for master bed floor. Extra sheets, pillows available. Home is equipped with a heat pump which provides air conditioning in summer. Newly Installed automatic pellet stove for toasty comfort! Hi-speed Internet, live- streaming, free Netflix. Home surrounded by a large semi flat lot. Floodlights on 4 corners. New Clearwater spa with 40 jets and LED lighting just installed. 2, 6 horse power pumps, multi- color lighting and a waterfall! Individual jet controls for 4 people. 4 Flatscreen TVs, with Smart &Apple TVs, using live- streaming. I include free Netflix service on all 4 TVs! Fast Fiber internet. New outdoor fire table and seating area. Perfect for evening gatherings. Walking paths for safer walking in yard areas! Gas BBQ provided. Note: There are snow gates that limit traffic to snowmobiles or snow equipped ATVs when snow is deep and frozen. Walking in to house is .6 of a mile if preferred. I offer everyone delivery service to the house from parking with my “ snowcat “ vehicle. Seats 5 plus gear. This is by appointment only. This courtesy is not part of your reservation. Easy pleasant communication with Steve. Plenty of fresh snow. We hiked, went sledding, soaked in the hot tub, and relaxed around the fire. Location is a bit tricky in the winter due to snow gates. Steve was nice enough to meet us at our car and deliver our bags. We had several rides from Scotty in his taxi (complete with Christmas music). Really location wasn’t a problem for us as we were planning a week of relaxation and the snow added to our experience. We stayed there for a ladies ' getaway weekend, and were beyond pleased. Super adorable decor and extremely comfortable furniture. The place is in a beautiful location with a view of the lake, and it's just as fun to stay in and relax in the space as adventuring on the lovely trails nearby. The kitchen had everything we needed to make a few meals, and we were treated to some wildlife walking by as we enjoyed the hot tub. Cannot recommend enough! ##### Amber C. Having family nearby, I have been able to cook meals in the well organized kitchen and enjoy the outdoor seating areas/hot tub. The cabin is well furnished with very comfortable beds/furniture and has been perfect for my husband and I to relax between family visits. We’ve seen deer, wild turkeys, and squirrels making a interesting time on the nicely wooded hill. I have really enjoyed the lake view from master bedroom with the gas fireplace ! The road was closed going up to the property but our host provided us with a contact (Scotty) who met us in the parking lot, loaded us up and took us to the house. Went snowshoeing and took a lot of walks in the snow. Well stocked, clean and cozy. Great place to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city! A for communication and experience. The house was in a lovely, wooded neighborhood with a view of the lake. It was quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed our time. The only difficulty was the bathroom. For our friends in the outside bedroom, they had to go through one of the other bedrooms to use the upstairs bathroom or go downstairs to use that one. We really enjoyed our stay! Super clean and stocked well! We were there for almost a week and didnt have to worry about needing more towels, coffee, bags...etc...etc. The location is fantastic! Only a few minutes from the lake, which was great and we saw Deer and their Fawns a few times while sipping our coffee on the deck! Super cool! The only downfall was not having a washer and dryer readily available (you can request dryer access). I didnt realize that when we booked so it was a bit of a surprise when we showed up...especially staying for 5 days, but other than that the place is great and Steve was a fantastic host!!! ##### Sara T.
